The centre is open to the public 5 days a week. It is staffed by 5 social workers, 1 psychologist, 1 addiction specialist and 2 psychotherapists.

They all provide individual and group therapy to children and adolescents between the ages of 11 and 18.

The service is provided by the registered social service provider Neposeda, z.ú. and is free of charge by law.

Target group

The centre and its staff are there for all young people who are struggling with mental health problems or non-substance addictions. For boys and girls.

We also provide aftercare for those who have been discharged from a psychiatric, psychotherapy or rehab facility and need support or further therapy in their normal lives.

  • Disturbances in social relationships,

  • Problems at school,

Split into groups

Therapy group 11 – 14 years old:
– Monday 15:30-17:00
– Wednesday 15:00-16:30

Therapy group 15 – 18 years:
– Monday 15:00-16:30
– Wednesday 15:00-16:30

Comprehensive support

Social workers are available at the centre to help children stabilise their situation in the family and at school.
Parents who need help with a problem they don’t know what to do with, or who just want a quick consultation, can also contact the social workers.

The centre does not offer needle exchange or other harm reduction methods.

Recruitment to therapies

Individual and group

We provide therapy to adolescents aged 11 to 18 who:

  • Have any psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, tendencies to aggression, eating disorders, self-harm, not coping with stress, etc.
  • They suffer from non-substance addiction, which includes addictions to phones, social networking, gambling, pornography and other addictions.

Club and chill out zone

The centre has a club where young people can spend their free time safely.
It has individual comfort rooms that offer quiet privacy for homework or just to be.
Social workers are available at the centre to help children stabilise their family and school situations.

Self-help group

Are you a parent who has a child with a mental illness or disorder?

Every second Thursday from August 17th, from 6.00 pm to 7.30 pm at the Reset Centre, 193 Sokolovská Street – entrance from Čihákova Street opposite No.15.
The group is voluntary and free of charge.

You will be guided through the group by a therapist and peer consultant who has a similar experience to yours.
